'The Vale' Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 is a beautiful deep crimson red & has the delicate fragrance of winter greens, cedar oak & cinnamon. This is a full bodied wine, with luscious fruit & spice, elegantly finished with French oak.
A delicious wine from one of Australia's most respected wine growers - David Paxton. Paxton's organic wines are produced on Biodynamic principles without the use of synthetic fertilisers or pesticides with a focus on promoting healthy, living soils.
A classic Australian blend of Cabernet & Shiraz from the Macaw Creek Vineyard. Ripe cassis & mint from the Cabernet & blackberry/plum from the Shiraz fruit are evident in this wine with a hint of vanillin oak. A full bodied style with fine tannin & rich fruit weight.

Rich & concentrated aromas of blackberry with loads of cabernet 'pencil shavings' character. Generous fruit flavours & hints tobacco. Robust but soft tannins blend well with lovely fresh acidity. Great balance all round & such a pleasure to drink.

Macaw Creek Reserve Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex blend of Shiraz & Cabernet grapes, resulting in a dark red hued wine. The attractive & vibrant bouquet gives way to a rich & fresh palate brimming with flavours of choc mint & ripe blackberry fruit coupled with vanillin & mocha oak notes. The fine & firm tannins fuse with these intense flavours to end in a delicate & persistent finish.
