2017 Misty Cove Organic Pinot Noir - This wine contains a mixture of traditional organic Pinot Noir clones 777, 115, Abel and 667. It was made through minimal handling intervention and the softest touch. Allowing it to show natural expression of terroir balanced with French oak. The wine is elegantly expressed on the nose showing red cherry, cranberry, mixed spice and toasted nut characters. The palate delivers juicy fruit intensity and supple mouthful, beautifully supported by fine texture and silky tannins. The wine combines youthful fruit flavours with elegant savoury nuances.
