"The 2014 was blended from Awatere Valley and Rarangi fruit, & mostly handled in tanks; 10% was barrel fermented. Its a fleshy, full bodied style with very good depth of lemon, apple & pear flavours, balanced acidity, & a dryish, slightly nutty finish. Enjoyable..."- Michael Cooper -'Buyer's Guide to New Zealand Wines'

Exceptional New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc!
Reminiscent of very, very good Sancerre, this sensational Sauvignon Blanc is distinctly different from the typical high-acid early releases from New Zealand commonly available in the Singapore market.
It was fermented completely dry with 12 months on lees resulting in an ideal palate balance of acidity, soft fruit & complex characters.
The wine was bottled & further aged until its recent release.
