Grown on a single vineyard in the Hawkes Bay, the fruit for this wine was picked in outstanding condition after an excellent growing season. The grapes were gently pressed to 40% new French oak. A portion was allowed malolactic fermentation & the wine was then matured for 10 months before bottling.

Beautifully fragrant, the immediately appealing nose shows nectarine, rock melon, feijoa & lime zest characters with a hint herbaceous notes. The palate is succulent & lively, & displays excellent fruit weight & intensity, finishing juicy with a fine linger!
The Estate Sauvignon Blanc can be best enjoyed with a wide range of dishes including (shell) fish, poultry, salads or simply as a classy aperitif.

The fruit for this wine was grown in the Rarangi Marlborough vineyard. Picked in outstanding condition after an excellent growing season, the grapes were fermented on their skins for 7 days. The wine was gently pressed into a mixture of new & seasoned French barriques & matured for 10 months before being blended & bottled.
Made from 92% Pinot Noir & 8% Sauvignon Blanc, the colour is a beautiful pale-pink & the bouquet exudes red cherry, strawberries & delicate citrus fruit. The palate is bright & youthful, full of cherries, strawberry, ripe apple, spice & cinnamon.
