A stunning wine best chilled & enjoyed with friends sharing good times.
The wine is elegantly fragrant on the nose showing grapefruit, lemon peel, flint & subtle herbaceous characters. The palate offers pristine fruit flavours & fine texture, brilliantly structured by bright acidity. The wine is beautifully poised & fresh, & displays delicate fruit intensity.

Exceptional New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc!
Reminiscent of very, very good Sancerre, this sensational Sauvignon Blanc is distinctly different from the typical high-acid early releases from New Zealand commonly available in Singapore. Fermented completely dry with 12 months on lees results in an ideal palate balance of acidity, soft fruit & complex characters. The wine was bottled & further aged until its recent release.
