Tropical freshness, silky and gentle. Aged on its lees, cuddled and cared for preserving the elegance and aromatic complexity of this sublime Verdejo.
Pale straw yellow colour with greenish hues. In the nose it is complex and intense with a strong presence of the hay aromas characteristic of the Verdejo variety, which give way to subtle notes of white flowers and white fruit such as apple. Elegant, intense and fatty, with strong acidity and bitter finish characteristic of the variety.
Medium-high intensity aromas, with white flowers, married with fresh tropical fruits notes, spices, and some hints of apple and pear. Leaves a pleasant fresh sensation on the palate, elegant with floral and stone fruits aromas.
This wine is lemon yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it shows citris notes with prevalent lime, tangerine and floral hints with a herbal undertone. Fresh on the palate, well balanced and with ripe citris notes.
Harvested by hand during the first hours of the day at its optimum ripening stage for preserving its aromas and freshness. Crafted using hand-sorted grapes during the harvest.
Primary fermentation is driven by temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks in optimal conditions to preserve its potential. Secondary fermentation is part malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Finally, we proceed to age 3 months in stainless steel tanks with lees stirring for enhancing its aromas and increasing the volume in the palate.
